The Spiritual Ten Commandments was introduced by Founder Dr. F. Coll in 1998 and has been refined into a seminary course for exploration of the traditional historic 10 Commandments and the new 10 Spiritual Commandments or suggestions, that are ideals to which we aspire.

In this course from PCCI’s Seminary, you will understand the traditional commandments from the Judaic Old Testament that are based on hierarchical religious traditions, and you will explore their importance in society. Then view the 10 Spiritual Commandments or Suggestions composing ideals for mastering your energy and embodying pure spirit. You will create a priority and plan for your life based on meditation with guidance and your spiritual thrust.
